Financial Ombudsman Service – Case Files

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is the complaints handling body covering financial services firms regulated by the Financial Services Authority, including the insurance sector.

In this issue we look at how the FOS views the distinction between what is insured under ‘buildings’ and what is insured under ‘contents’ cover in home or household policies.
